West Coast Medley Teaser

It’s a long ride from Vancouver, BC to San Diego, Cali and one that I’m about to start today. With no stops along the way, this trip will be a lot less glamorous as my way north, but dammit… it must be done!

The past week has been a wild adventure: 6 cities in 7 days by train is no small feat! I’ve met tons of new people, reconnected with old friends and managed to have a Zagat rated meal or two (or six). Much has gone down and admittedly, little has been posted here on GD thus far.

But friends, fear not! For that is about to change.

Over the next month, I will be releasing weekly videos detailing my travels on Amtrak’s west coast rails in a West Coast Medley series on the YouTube. Here be the teaser to get everyone all hot and bothered.

Besides weekly videos on the YouTube, keep an eye out on the Glass Duffle Facebook page for more deets about my trip including the people I met up with, restaurant reviews from along the way and musings about the train trip in general because, well, there’s quite a bit that happened worthy of noting! Also coming up is a road trip with the one and only Ol’ Dad from left coast to right coast that is sure to yield plenty of humorous, and maybe even daring, tales of life, love and greeze-at-large.

Stay tuned for more from the Amtrak West Coast Medley! Or don’t. Nobody’s forcing you.
