    • Me neither. If it’s anything like this year, should be another good one.

  3. Fantastic photos…I travelled the USA (2 months) earlier this year in your Summer ( our Winter down under) via Amtrak…Los Angeles (plus a bus trip to Vegas & the Grand Canyon) to Seattle, Vancouver (and 3 weeks out on the Sunshine Coast BC)..back to Van City to Beautiful Seattle…and across the top of the USA..Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana,Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York State landing in Hudson New York for 3 weeks with my Aunt and finally to New York City for the final 11 days of my epic trip …flying home to Australia from JFK to Los Angeles, Sydney and back home to Adelaide in South Australia

I saw so much of your beautiful home and neighbour, Canada, met some amazing “Train Friends” (mostly Americans) and ticked off all of my bucket list and then some 🙂

    Some stuff on Instagram…

I am now recommending to all that if they travel to the US, then they should at least do one trip on Amtrak…I will return and I will definitely be travelling around on Amtrak again. It was great to be part of the 31 million that travelled this year.
For now I have bookmarked your blog and will check back to see your travels before I come back and once again become part of the Amtrak family 🙂

Happy and Safe Journeys in 2014
